Harvest the Nations is a religious association operating under IRS Section 508(c)(1)(a). As such, we are not required to register with the IRS or state as a nonprofit corporation—doing so would place us under business law rather than remaining a ministry governed by Scripture and ecclesiastical authority, protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. We are a fully legal, tax-deductible ministry with an active board of directors. All donations to Harvest the Nations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
